Useful for trainers too

A Moment for Teachers: self-care for busy teachers - 101 free ways for teachers to become more inspired, peaceful, and confident in 30 seconds by [Langholt, Alice]

I was asked to review this book by Librarything.com

This came at the right time as I will be training on NHS Human Factors course.

This is a practical self help book probably primarily for teachers in school settings, but as a trainer - I did gain from this book - celebrate great moments - how often do we do this in the NHS but as the course I am undertaking the results of the training will be better patient safety - so that is a celebration in itself.

As with all of these type of books it is always about self belief and confidence- and the author guides the reader.

For me it is all about passing on knowledge - feeling good an ultimately providing great care for our patients.

Beautiful

Love's Bloom: A Heartwarming Small Town Romance by [Danielis, Rosemary]

I was asked to review this book by Inspired Kathy.

Delightful book with real characters. Such a beautiful story that the reader will not be able to put down.

Girl returning to her hometown, college years behind her expectation she will marry her high school boyfriend- in the voice of Shrek Happy ever after. Will this happen read on. She is then working on the family farm with her brother. Her life sound predictable and there are assumptions.

The story has some twists and along comes an old college student and not best pleased to see.

I just had to keep reading on till the end.

Recommended author who tells a good story and writes well.

On a par with Sliding Doors

Love Connection by Camilla Isley

I was asked to review by Librarything.com

A book on similar lines to the film Sliding Doors. - one woman two choices so which do you make?
the two stories were so good and at times overlapped. Really clever.

Love, regrets, choices, the search to be happy and a bit of fun thrown into the mix.

Readers will not be able to put this book down and want to find out what happens at the end.

A good sunbed read.

A cute book in the great Tovi series for children

Tovi the Penguin goes playing in the snow

I was asked by the author to review this - I have been lucky to read other books in the Tovi series. Just apt for this time of year. Kids will love this cute story and adore the illustrations.

Children do not play outside enough these days so on a snowy day kids will relate to Tovi and his friends.

Watch out for the other animals.

Great gift for a child, put away for 2018 Christmas.
